Board Chair
Mr. Borchard is Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of New Profit, a venture philanthropy organization that backs breakthrough social entrepreneurs who are advancing equity and opportunity. In that role, he oversees New Profit鈥檚 internal infrastructure (finance, talent, operations) and portfolio grant-making and support. He also works closely with several of New Profit鈥檚 portfolio organizations. Prior to his work at New Profit, he was Vice President of Prospecting Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet, where he led a $140mm business unit with responsibility for product strategy, sales and marketing, and product development.
Doug has served on 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Board of Directors since July 2020, was elected Treasurer in 2022, and assumed the role of Board Chair in October 2025. He chairs the Audit & Finance Committee and currently sits on the Executive, Programs & Impact, and Governance Committees.
